Alpha Arc Flash Inc. is a family-owned, second-generation company built on more than 30 years of dedication to electrical safety and quality service. Located in Rock Hill, S.C. Our story began as Dale and Dale Inc., named after founders Sherrie Dale Puckett and James Dale Puckett. What started as a small-town power quality company has grown into a trusted provider serving clients throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Over the years, our team has delivered a wide range of electrical services—from power quality and power correction to thermal imaging, arc flash analysis, coordination studies, and electrical system design. As our expertise and reputation grew, we embraced a new name: Alpha Arc Flash Inc., reflecting our commitment to leading the industry in Arc Flash Analysis, Coordination Studies, and Thermal Imaging.

When Sherrie and James stepped down, their son, Brian McKeown, proudly took the helm, continuing the family tradition of integrity, workmanship, and personal connection. Mr. McKeown has been with the company from the very beginning, playing a hands-on role in its growth and helping ensure every client received the level of service that built our reputation. To support the company's growth and expanding operations, Jessica McKeown has stepped into the role of COO. Mrs. McKeown brings over 20 years of management experience, ensuring smooth operations and customer-focused processes. Keith Brown has joined the leadership team as CMO, heading up the sales and marketing department. Mr. Brown brings with him over 25 years of experience, bringing fresh insight and direction to brand development and client management. Our growth has been driven almost entirely by word of mouth—proof of the trust our clients place in us and the quality they experience firsthand.
