Alpha Arc Flash Inc. is a veteran-owned, family-operated, second-generation electrical engineering and safety consulting firm with more than 30 years of experience in electrical safety, arc flash analysis, and power system engineering. Headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina, we provide professional electrical safety services to industrial, commercial, and utility clients throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Our company was originally founded as Dale and Dale Inc. by Sherrie Dale Puckett and James Dale Puckett. What began as a small-town power quality company quickly earned a reputation for technical accuracy, dependable service, and practical solutions. As client needs expanded, so did our capabilities, leading us to provide advanced services including arc flash studies, coordination studies, thermal imaging, power quality analysis, power factor correction, and electrical system design.

Sherrie and Jim Puckett, Company Founders
As our focus on arc flash compliance and electrical safety analysis grew, we rebranded as Alpha Arc Flash Inc. to better reflect our leadership in arc flash hazard analysis, NFPA 70E compliance support, and electrical coordination studies. Today, we are recognized as a trusted resource for improving workplace safety, protecting equipment, and reducing electrical risk.
Brian & Jessica McKeown, Owner & COO
The company is now led by Sherrie and Jim's son, Brian McKeown, who has been involved in the business from its earliest days. His hands-on approach and commitment to integrity, quality workmanship, and long-term client relationships continue the family tradition on which the company was built. Jessica McKeown, Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 20 years of management experience and oversees daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery and a client-focused experience. Keith Brown, Chief Marketing Officer, leads sales and marketing initiatives, contributing over 25 years of experience in business development and client engagement.
